Scientific Description | p33 (ING1) is a new growth inhibitor candidate for a tumour suppressor gene. p33 (ING1) cooperates with p53 and down-regulates cell growth by activating transcription from the p21/WAF1 promoter although there is no sequence similarity between p33 (ING1) and p53. | ||
Storage & Stability | Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, aliquot content and store product at -20°C. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if stored properly. | ||
