Product Description | The affinity purified rabbit anti-phospho-threonine antibody was conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The conjugates are useful for detection, identification, and quantization of threonine-phosphorylated proteins and peptides. |

Purification | The antibody was affinity purified with phospho-threonine on agarose followed by affinity absorption with threonine on agarose. |
Specificity | The antibody is pan-specific against phospho-threonine. It cross reacts with phospho-serine slightly but does not cross-react with phospho-tyrosine. |
Applications | ELISA (0.25 - 1.0 µg/mL); WB (0.25 - 1.0 µg/mL) |
Scientific Description | Threonine is one of the 20 naturally occurring amino acids. Kinases phosphorylate threonine to form phospho-threonine, which enters various biosynthetic pathways in the body. |
Storage & Stability | Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is six months from date of shipping if properly stored. |
