Product Description | These antibodies were tested with human and mouse cell lysates and mouse tissue (brain) extracts to detect Jun NH2-terminal kinases (JNKs). JNK has a molecular weight ranging from 38-56 kDa, which is masked up by the IP IgG bands. Scientific Description | Jun NH2-terminal kinase (JNK) is a member of the mitogen-activatedprotein kinase family, which plays a central role in the regulationof cellular differentiation and proliferation. It also participatesin the regulation of IL-2 and IL-2 receptor gene expression. Over-activation of the c-JNK induces cell death. | ||
Storage & Stability | Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at -20°C. Expiration date is six months from date of shipping if stored properly. | ||
