Product Description | Affinity purified anti-chicken Ig antibody is conjugated to periodate-oxidized-HRP. The conjugate is useful for detection, identification, quantization and localization of chicken antibodies including the chicken egg yolk antibodies. |

Scientific Description | IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin. It is composed of two heavy chains (γ) and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites that bind with many pathogens including viruses, bacteria, and fungi. It also assists in phagocytosis and the neutralization of bacterial toxins. |
Storage & Stability | Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is six months from date of shipping if properly stored. |
