Product Description | This high affinity anti-Flg (DYKDDDDK) antibody is developed using the Flg peptide (DYKDDDDK) conjugated to KLH and affinity-purified with the DYKDDDDK peptide. The purified antibody was conjugated to peroxidase (HRP) via reductive amination. The antibody is useful for detection, isolation and localization of DYKDDDDK-tag proteins. |  Western blot analysis of the cell extract with Flg-tag protein expression cell lysate ( 1 mg/mL) lane 2 = 25 µL; lane 3 = 15 µL; lane 4 = 10 µL cell lysate.
